Addressing increasingly prominent problems such as energy shortage, environmental pollution and global warming, the 2015 United Nations Climate Change Conference in Paris left a deep impression worldwide. As an extremely powerful developing country and the world’s second largest economic entity, China will shoulder a greater burden. It is committed to advancing the development and utilisation of renewable energy, especially solar energy, which will also promote strategic and sustainable economic development.
In recent years, the international and domestic PV markets have encountered constant changes. The increasing stringency of regulations on PV product quality has generated fiercer competition and a higher access threshold. Moreover, investing in the construction of PV power stations is tremendously risky and challenging.
Against this backdrop, the sixth “All Quality Matters” Solar Congress and Award Ceremony will be held on 12-13 March 2020. Established by TÜV Rheinland in 2015, “All Quality Matters” has become a well-known brand and a barometer of trends in the PV industry. The annual All Quality Matters Award, with its objective and credible evaluation procedures and authoritative and neutral evaluation body, has become the top arena for competition between manufacturers of PV modules, inverters, energy storage systems and components. Winning the “All Quality Matters” Award means that a company’s products are of an excellent quality.
The 2020 All Quality Matters Solar Congress will be co-hosted by TÜV Rheinland, and the China Photovoltaic Society. The theme of the Congress will be the PV revolution in the Greater China region against the backdrop of the Asia-Pacific economy and the global economy. Guests will be invited to engage in interactive discussion and share optimal cases of PV development, providing recommendations for leaders in the PV industry on strategies for promoting industrial development.
